The Box Office will be open 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through
Friday. When there is an event on Saturday, the box office
will open from 10:00 am through the first 30 minutes of the
performance. When there is an event on Sunday, the box office
will be open on Saturday from 10:00 -2:00 and Sunday from
noon through the first 30 minutes of the performance. For
a public on-sale, the box office will be open based on the
above information. On weekends with no events, the box office
will be closed.
Short-term parking is available in front of the building,
or in the garage attached to Scottrade Center. Enter the garage
from Clark Avenue or 16th Street. Cash, Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover and Diners Club are accepted. Checks
are not accepted. An ATM machine is located at the Box Office
for your convenience.
Ticket On-Sale Policy
During the first hour an event is on sale, the following
policies will be enforced at the Scottrade Center Box Office:
This ticket on-sale policy will permit all ticket buyers
with the best opportunity to purchase tickets for an event.
In addition, a facility fee will be charge for any ticket
purchased at Scottrade Center.
Tickets for Scottrade Center events are also available at
all Ticketmaster Ticket Centers, including Schnucks Video
Clubs, Macy's, Streetside Records, and the BlueNote Sports
Shops, or by phone at 314-241-1888 for an automated line or
314-421-4400 or 618-222-2900 for a sales rep, and online at
ticketmaster.com. Tickets may not be ordered by phone through
the Scottrade Center Box Office.
Tickets ordered by phone or online at ticketmaster.com less
than seven days prior to an event will be available for pick-up
at the Will Call Window at the Scottrade Center Box Office
beginning two hours prior to the event. The person purchasing
the tickets by phone or online is the only person permitted
to pick up the tickets. Photo identification is required.
A facility fee will be added to all tickets purchased at all
locations, including at the Scottrade Center Box Office. Additional
Ticketmaster service charges and handling fees apply to all
tickets purchased through Ticketmaster outlets, by phone or
online.
